I received a message from guest relations before my arrival. This allowed me to request special accommodations. Staff members were always available to assist with any issues . The room was spacious. It was clean. A welcome fruit platter and drinks were available in the minibar.
The room doors use an outdated key system for electricity. It was sometimes inconvenient.

i found the staff very attentive. the dining area offered good variety EVERY day. the animation team worked hard to entertain us ALL. they organized many activities.
my room was near the elevators and it was NOISY at times. THE pool closed early, it was quite disappointing. the wifi signal was weak in some areas of the resort.

i enjoyed a lot . the hotel offers several pools for swimming. there is also a private beach only a short walk away. the hotel provides multiple dining options, so i could choose from different cuisines.
the hotel room lacked proper soundproofing. i heard noise from neighboring balconies late at NIGHT. phone conversations through walls were also audible.

the hotel had several restaurants and bars. the selection of food and drinks was good. the staff were really friendly and helpful. the location is convenient, near the beach and a short drive to the airport.
rooms are not soundproofed so i could hear neighbors on their balconies late at night. it was difficult to sleep when neighbors were chatting outside. i also heard phones and conversations through walls late at night.

the breakfast buffet was expansive with many options like fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked-to-order omelets. lunch included various themed stations with salads, grilled meats, and pasta. dinner always featured a wide variety of international dishes.
